Short post tonight; feeling unusually sleepy from anesthesia. Thank you for all the prayers and kind words. A special thanks to my friend Rell, who entertained me with funny urological text messages (yes, there is humor to be found in such delicate offerings). Just so everyone except my enemies can rest assured, it all turned out OK in the end.
